Ajay Vashishtha openly discussed with the students the topics like psychological nature of preparation for competitive exams, symptoms of stress-depression and ways to avoid stress etc. He told that one can prepare for competitive exams by becoming psychologically strong through fixed daily schedule, good sleep, sharing special thoughts with friends, parents, teachers, counselors etc. He also told the students techniques to increase concentration. Institution Chairman Dr. Piyush Sunda, Chief Managing Director Rajesh Dhillon etc. also inspired the students. During this, students also asked many interesting questions related to their psychological curiosities. Thousands of students, teachers and counselors were present in the seminar.

सीकर स्थित आईआईटी जेईई एवं नीट कोचिंग संस्था पीसीपी में मनोचिकित्सक डाॅ. अजय वशिष्ठ द्वारा मनोवैज्ञानिक सेमिनार का आयोजन किया गया। सेमिनार का विषय एग्जाम स्ट्रेस से बचने के लिए अपनाई जा सकने वाली मनोवैज्ञानिक तकनीकें रहा। सेमिनार में डाॅ. अजय वशिष्ठ ने प्रतियोगी परीक्षाओं की तैयारी का मनोवैज्ञानिक स्वरूप, तनाव-डिपे्रशन के लक्षण एवं तनाव से बचने के तरीके आदि विषयों पर विद्यार्थियों के साथ खुलकर चर्चा की। उन्होंने बताया कि प्रतिदिन का फिक्स्ड शेड्यूल, अच्छी नींद, मित्रों, अभिभावकों, शिक्षकों, काउंसलर्स आदि के साथ विशेष विचारों को साझा करने आदि के माध्यम से मनोवैज्ञानिक रूप से मजबूत होकर प्रतियोगी परीक्षाओं की तैयारी की जा सकती है। उन्होंने विद्यार्थियों को एकाग्रता बढ़ाने की तकनीकें भी बतायी। संस्था चेयरमैन डा. पीयूष सुण्डा, मुख्य प्रबंध निदेशक राजेश ढिल्लन आदि ने भी विद्यार्थियों को प्रेरित किया। इस दौरान विद्यार्थियों ने अपनी मनोवैज्ञानिक जिज्ञासाओं से सम्बन्धित अनेक रोचक प्रश्न भी किये। सेमिनार में हजारों विद्यार्थी, शिक्षक एवं काउंसलर्स उपस्थित रहे।
