Here are the following situations:-<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If you get a seat in Round 2, Round 3 or the Stray Vacancy Round and don&#8217;t report to the college, the security deposit can be forfeited. In Round 1, you can leave the seat under the free-exit rule, so your deposit won&#8217;t be lost.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If your seat is upgraded from Round 1 to Round 2, Round 2 to Round 3, or Round 1 to Round 3, and you don&#8217;t take the upgraded seat, you may lose the security deposit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you leave the college after the allowed resignation period, your security deposit can be forfeited. In case if you do not join the allotted medical college, the security fee will be seized, and you will be disqualified from the counselling.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Round 4 Eligibility: <\/strong>If you get any medical seat up to Round 3 through AIQ or State Quota, you are not eligible to participate in Round 4. Or, if you do not get any medical seat till Round 3 in the final round, you are eligible to participate, and the seats will be allotted with a full refund of the security deposit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>When Will You Get Your NEET Counselling Security Deposit Refund?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After the MCC counselling process is over, the eligible security deposit will be refunded directly to your registered bank account. MCC takes 6 to 7 months to credit the security deposit, or if you join the medical college, the amount is settled by reducing it from the tuition fee. However, if you follow all the MCC or State Counselling rules, your security deposit is safe and will be refunded to you.
