The NEET UG 2026 which was held on 3rd May 2026 was cancelled by the NTA and Indian Government after the paper leak confirmation. Canceling the exam, the Central Government decided to hand over the further investigation to the CBI (Central Bureau of Investigation).
Along with the cancellation news, NTA announced that we will conduct the Re-examination for NEET UG 2026. And now, three days after cancelling, NTA released the Re-NEET 2026 exam date.
Re-NEET is Scheduled to Be Held on 21st June 2026
As per the official notification by NTA, the Re-NEET 2026 will be conducted on 21st June 2026, Sunday. The exam date is scheduled after 40 days of the cancellation as the remaking of the paper and other stuff take time to be managed.
Re-NEET 2026 Admit Card Date: 14th June 2026
The education minister of Dharmendra Pradhan said that admit card for the Re-NEET 2026 will be released till 14th Junar 2026. He meant before the 14th June admit cards can be released on any date.

NTA has clarified it twice that aspirants will not need to apply for the Re-NEET 2026 again and give any kind of fees. Moreover, the centers will be the same as the last NEET 2026 attempt.
